1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RCB Team platform (rcbteam.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

2. Platform Description

RCB Team is an unofficial fan community platform dedicated to Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The platform provides the following features and services:

• • XI Builder: An interactive tool that allows fans to create, customize, and publish their dream RCB playing XI from the official squad roster.
• • Battle Arena: A head-to-head voting system where community-built XIs compete against each other, with results tracked via an Elo rating system.
• • Rankings & Leaderboard: A dynamic leaderboard that ranks community XIs based on Elo ratings, win/loss records, and community votes.
• • Match Predictions: Match-specific XI building for upcoming IPL fixtures, allowing fans to predict and debate RCB lineups.
• • Community Features: Sharing, voting, and discussing XIs with other fans in the RCB community.

3. Eligibility

To use RCB Team, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe violate this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of RCB Team may require you to create an account. When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• • Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating votes, rankings, or community features.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use RCB Team responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• • Harassment & Abuse: Posting content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory toward other users or any individual.
• • Spam & Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate votes, rankings, or create fake accounts and content.
• • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, player, or official entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
• • Harmful Content: Uploading, posting, or sharing content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
• • Platform Disruption: Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience.
• • Data Scraping: Using automated means to collect, harvest, or scrape data from the platform without our express written permission.

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the original content you create on RCB Team (such as XI selections, comments, and community contributions). However, by posting content on the platform, you grant RCB Team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All RCB Team platform content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the XI Builder tool, Battle Arena system, Elo rating algorithm, user interface designs, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of RCB Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Fan Platform Status

RCB Team is an unofficial fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Indian Premier League (IPL), or any of their official partners, sponsors, or licensees. All player names, team names, statistics, logos, and related information are used for editorial and fan engagement purposes only. Player statistics and match data are provided for entertainment purposes and may not always be fully accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RCB Team and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions, is harmful to other users or the community, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to periodically review these terms for the latest information. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
